Got these five BP solar panels for a good deal from a Trademe auction. It was a nice sunny day (as they have been lately – which has been great!) so I thought I would test them. Four out ov five functioned perfectly, one had a fault. Ov course I fixed it.
I had wanting to pick up some ov these types ov panels for a while and so I was rapt with this deal. That fifth one was actually thrown in free.
These will be added to the system as the Autumn approaches to keep use ov the generator at bay.
As part ov these tests I actually hauled out that old marine battery that I was messing around with for the “Silly Battery Ressurection” series ov videos. It’s still at 10.5 volts!
